SO-Q Studio Return and Exchange Policy

At SO-Q Studio, each ceramic piece is handcrafted with care. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

Eligible Returns

Unused, undamaged items in original condition
Proof of purchase required

Not Eligible for Return

Custom or commissioned work
Sale items
Pieces damaged after leaving the studio

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges or store credit is preferred
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if the item is returned in perfect condition
Studio-caused defects will be fully refunded or replaced

Breakage After Purchase

Because ceramics are fragile, we can’t accept returns for pieces broken due to handling after purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
