I didn’t attend this workshop, I purchased it but then shortly afterwards I realized I was unable to attend due to a time conflict and I contacted the studio within an hour. I was told a refund would not be granted via the studio themselves but I would have to go through shopify however looking through shopifys terms of conditions they do not issue refunds and only retailers can. I brought this to the attention of the customer service representative I was emailing with and they mentioned they would try to issue a refund. This occurred on May 10 and it is now July 31. I have sent one follow up email and nothing on their end. I would have preferred honesty that they have no intention of returning my money so I can try to find different solutions in comparison to complete radio silence and ignoring me.

Participants will be guided step-by-step through the fundamentals of working on the pottery wheel — from centering the clay to shaping their first bowls or cups.
In a relaxed and supportive studio environment, students will explore how clay responds to touch, learn essential tools and techniques, and enjoy the calming, creative process of making pottery. By the end of the session, each participant will have their own handmade piece to keep, which will be professionally fired and glazed by So-q Studio.
This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about pottery, looking for a creative escape, or wanting to try something new in a fun, welcoming space. Clay, Tools, Glaze and Firing are Included. Each session requieres seperate registeration and payment.
